Looks like the answer to the riddle was buy the rumor sell the fact players on the venous ulcer news. Not that this is earth shattering stuff; we've got a number of positive phase II's completed sitting around collecting dust. I think it's relatively clear that the key today is rev rev rev. But good news is good news so bring it on.

However, even better news is insider buying, and that looks to be the short term focus of the street right now. Mort - I think you hit the nail on the head. This kind of insider buying now has to make some heads turn out there considering this is a company most have left for dead.

The point on tax selling worked for me in November, but I'm not sure it relates now. The tax selling started in volume in mid Nov/early Dec and didn't let up until Jan. 1. IMO I would think the majority of 30 day wash re-buyers would have been back in prior to Tuesday.

FYI Karen Hedine is now a consultant to the company and no longer employed as IR dir. As Chris pointed out apparently they will be working with an outside pr firm for IR. Clearly their priority anyway is getting the word out to customers at this point IMO. If the customers buy the product, new shareholders will be buying the stock right behind.
