Don't tell me, let me guess; they had nothing to do with the decades-long decrease, and everything to do with the one year spike.
Don't tell me, let me guess; because the Democrats supposedly was responsible for the decades-long decrease in crime, they get a pass when things spike up.

Two can play the same game, you know.

You're really desperate to absolve Democrats of any responsibility whatsoever. But then again, taking personal responsibility was never a Democrat thing. Even Alec Baldwin is proving that as we speak.
