It is true that FL is near Death Valley Nat'l Park. It is also true, that there is not very much in the way of plant life, animal life, or life of any sort within the boundaries of FL. It appeard to my eyes as
somewhat barren.
Perhaps someone who has been there more often(Chris I, Jerry P) would like to comment on their impressions.
