BC, I don't think you're interested in listening to what I have to say, but I'll say it anyway.

mRNA vaccines have proven to be both very effective AND easily manufacturable. You can thank Big Pharma like Pfizer and Moderna for all of that.

There was a concern over whether mRNA vaccines can be transported easily, but it seems those issues were worked out.

Meanwhile, other vaccines such as Sputnik V and AstraZeneca are having manufacturing issues. (I'm not sure AZ's issues are inherently due to the vaccine itself, though.)
