Yeah, it looks like the Canadian federal civil service is finally starting to wake up. The federal Office of the Auditor General is basically the keeper of the establishment's keys and apparently they're getting off the reservation:

Apparently the OAG lawyers are scrambling as it got a lot of people talking.
