Hello Frank Thanks for the reply. I do have a few comments: The question about the titles is not CVG's problem it's MEM. There are many problems in Latin America with title problems. Look at Corriente and Manson in Argentina. If there was 0 ounces of gold I don't think anybody would care. The settlement between the CVG and Mael became void. Can you provide this information? Did the settlement say that if CVG does not fulfill the contract obligations are the titles reverted back to Mael? The head geologist. Large companies do offer good pay and benefits but also a junior. I probably know why he left them. A better offer. They probably offered huge stock options. At Placer Dome he received a salary and probably some bonus. However if he found a LC deposit with a junior, his bonus would be in the millions. I know Placer Dome didn't pay him millions. One thing I do know is that a gringo living in that area is tough. There is a little town at kilometer 85 called Las Caritas. This town was built by Placer and CVG for the people. When Placer started working there were thousands of illegal miners. These people lively hood was mining gold from the saprolite. They destroyed the environment from their mining. To develop the area CVG and Placer had to remove these people. The people resent this and hate gringos. They don't understand the long term benefits of having a mine and you can't explain it to them. These people think about today and nothing more. They say the gold is theirs because it in their country. They want the gringos to leave. They don't know what a title is and don't care. Take it from me the people in this town hate Placer Dome. It is not a place to have a family. He did his job defined the reserves and probably said time to go. Having the LC deposit on your resume is very impressive. HE GOT A BETTER OFFER. The other point is the problem with the debt of CVG. Most of the agencies have this type of problem. They went through a recession a little while back. The currency was frozen at 170 to 1. This created huge problems. The currency was valued at 470 to 1 on the black market. You could not have the greenback. Cantv racked 88 million in debt also. Banks were under tremendous pressure. I don't believe for second that Oppenhemier is better for Venezuela than Placer Dome. The Albino is a small mine. It is a good cash flow generator. However it won't be a word class mine. It could have 500,000 ounces maximum. As for the average wage, it may be 1 or 2 dollars higher per day. Why do you own shares in PDG? This Torres man. Who is he? Cheers P.S Venezuela has a great beer.
