Team, I've been keeping track of How my dividend income has changed from 2020 to 2021 to see if DGI is working for me or do I need to plow more money into Real Estate. And so far after eight years after I can see how advantageous DGI has become for my diversified investing style. [Bucket Approach] My YOY dividend increases from 2020 - 2021: Jan: 27.74% up -- {From: Jan 2020 compared to Jan 2021} Feb: 24.98% up Mar: 10.95% up Apr: 28.29% up May: 6.17% up -- Jun: 10.25% up -- Jul: 27.66% up -- Aug: 9.60% up -- Sep: 10.23% up -- Oct: 15.13% up -- Nov: 2.79% up -- +++++++++++++ Dec: [ 29.71% ?? - Educated Guess_ for Dec 31, 2021 = 16.96% ] +++++ Does anyone else do a month to month from one year to the next?
