Google has AI programming / training / crowdsourcing, found under TensorFlow. Algorithms can be run and tuned to provide specific outputs. If future news events are being driven in part by AI and people are involved in determining those results ahead of time, then that is a form of future manipulation by computer.

I find it ironic that the mathematical solution found by Edward Solomon for the 2020 precinct vote result skewing was done using tensors. Vote quantity tensors, balanced on a pre-weighted wheel.

The scales of justice have someone's thumb on them.
