Pyng Technologies: Subsidiary to Train Physicians on F.A.S.T.1 System
for Intraosseous Infusion

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 1998--Pyng Technologies Corp. (VSE: PYT - news) is
pleased to announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp. will start training physicians at St. Paul's Hospital Emergency
Department on the F.A.S.T.1(TM) System for Intraosseous Infusion February 10th 1998.

Research nurses and those Physicians that cannot attend the Feb. 10th sessions will have an additional session February 12th,
1998.

Physicians and Nurses at Royal Columbian Hospital will be trained February 19th.

These training sessions will cover all aspects of the F.A.S.T.1(TM) System's capabilities to deliver drugs and fluids to the
vascular system when conventional I.V. access is denied due to shock or trauma.

The F.A.S.T.1 System is capable of delivering life saving drugs and fluids within 90 seconds under emergency conditions in
both the Emergency Room and the Pre-Hospital environment.

This phase begins the actual use of the F.A.S.T.1 System under field trials as laid out in our previous news releases.

Field trials are scheduled in both Canada and the US.

NOTE: The VSE has not approved or reviewed the contents of this

news release.
