The decline of unions has been going on for decades.

Just look at what has happened here in the U.S.

United Mine workers. United Auto workers.

It goes on and on as fewer people are required to do these jobs and robotics and new manufacturing techniques continue to take share.

Plus a lot of manufacturing jobs have shifted over to Asian countries, especially China.

Energy production is shifting rapidly away from fossil fuels to renewables and that trend is accelerating!

Goodbye coal and most oil production.

Auto production will follow.

I'm not "antiunion".

If you look at what's happening in "flyover" America and study that trend and why the answer becomes pretty obvious.

Retraining and more education is critical.

The world has always been evolving...

Change, it cannot be stopped.
