Re: Equity Score Summary ...

I have decided to remove it from my research criteria, it's useful time frame is too short for non-traders. I can see where it might be useful on out of favor companies if one wanted to monitor to insure a rising trend in the numbers, which I might do for BA, but for now I relegated it.

I do like the Jefferson Reports and Argus Reports, but I combine those with The Street, CFRA, Credit Suisse, and Wall Street Analysts from other sites.

Where some people come up with a scale when judging dividend growth companies like S&P rating, VL, M*, SSD, etc. to come up with a number, I'm also working on putting a scale together using analyst ratings so as to try and have better timing when purchasing companies.

I guess what I'm trying to do is to come up with a scale that helps prevent holding an undervalued company for a long time before Wall Street recognizes their value.

Since I prefer strength, I not only want the kind of strength DVK and Ferdie showed with their scoring systems, I want to combine that with a Wall Street scoring system that indicates which companies are better purchased now.

I hope I'm making sense here where people understand what I'm trying to do, I'm not a linguist ... Ha!
