I haven't followed SSII in several months. I have found that investing in small software companies is a losing proposition unless you get lucky.

Unless SSII caught fire, I wouldn't touch it. However, if your DD convinces you it's a value play, I wish you well with it. My earlier SSII holding was a break even proposition.
