I am somewhat skeptical on Cramer's long term performance being 25% per year for that length of time regardless of whether cash is included or not.

I don't really have the luxury of having enough investable $$$'s to keep waiting on the sideline for extended periods of time. Cramer being worth possibly 9 figures means he has that luxury. I wouldn't be too worried about what Cramer or anyone with access to a similar amount of liquid funds as him thinks about it if you're not in a position to sit on the sideline that long.
