The police are reporting that one out of every two robbers they arrest are those they've arrested before.

And that's even when the police are allowed to pursue and catch these bad guys. They easily get away because cops aren't allowed to chase them if there is a chance innocent lives could be lost in the pursuit.

And then when they are caught, Weather Underground's Chesa Boudin refuses to prosecute most of them.

DEMOCRATS being soft on crime and hard on the police is having predictable, repeatable results.
