Andrew, you're on target. I just got off the phone with Rob, the IR guy at corporate. He reiterated alot of info found in Brad's earlier post. Basically, he said to me that they have no plans to go into the entertainment business, and that their investment in the show, besides having a potentially big return (profit for the co, value to shareholders), would help to add exposure and recognition. When I asked him about the 105 markets stated in the release, he said that the people behind the project have come directly from HBO in New York. As far as the audit is concerned, he stated that there is no definite target or time frame set for the 10K, and that the audit numbers have been delayed primarily from the Myriad acquisition, because everything is being audited together. As far as their IT initiatives are concerned, Bob Frantengelo?, happened to be next to him and said that they have already placed people in CAD, Cobol (Y2K for legacy systems probably), Network administration, etc. and are currently interviewing more prospects.
