Was talking with a couple people about the drug pricing problem in regard to insulin, but generally.

It seemed to me if we had a Reagan & Tip O'Neill situation today, that could be solved instantly.

Yet, these kinds of political solutions are lightyears away from where we are now. It is impossible to imagine Pelosi entering into an agreement with a Republican, for any reason, at this point. She is single-minded, and would never risk giving even minimal partial credit to a Republican. Let alone, a Donald Trump.

I believe she and Harry Reid have taken the country in a terrible direction over the last 20 years or so and I'm not sure how the leadership moves to a more genteel relationship with presidents.

I'm just going to say this -- for all the bashing Trump gets, he damned well TRIED to work with Pelosi from the outset. But she hated that man, and was determined to prevent him from having even the slightest success.

That her district doesn't run her out on a rail is a crying shame to me.
