Musk is out today suggesting an "age limit" of around 70, but some people are fine at 70, while others are lost causes.

JFK, with his imperfections, brought new ideas but his lack of experience showed in places.

My concern about youth in higher politics is that it may be the public can't really have gotten "to know" the person.

It is a hard call for me. I'd hate to think of passing up a Reagan for the "youth and experience" of a Mondale. Reagan, in his waning years, was worth a dozen of most guys.

OTOH, at this moment, we are nearing rock-bottom, and it is a dreadful sight to realize we are stuck with a horror show for the next three years, no matter what.

I'm thinking the best solution is to get rid of Democrats, but that's not an option, RIGHT?
