Tom, Morgan Stanley down grade is a bullish sign. My experience with brokerage house recommendations is they upgrade a stock when it's over valued. Down grade at the bottom. I use brokerage recommendations as a contrary indicator. I have a small position in TLK, a few more down grades and I will have to load up. BTW I agree with you on the business prospects for TLK in the immediate future. However I still feel TLK will out perform other equities in Indonesia. Thank you for your very informative post.
