We knew that market maker Mayer & Schweitzer bought the large block
last Monday. Now we may know which broker sold that large block.
An SC 13G/A was filed today showing a change in beneficial ownership.
The report was filed to report the fact that the reporting person
ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the
class of securities. They now own 4.56% of the shares. I will show
the number of shares as owned today compared to February 13, 1997.
