Re: SSD gives them (SNA) a Dividend Safety rating of 99, the highest one that SSD gives.

I'm not questioning the dividend safety. I'm questioning the SSD valuation rating, which is based on dividend yields. The rising payout ratio distorts the comparison of current yields with "normal historical" yields.
