The Bad Quality of Service at Ameritrade:
I hope some people from Ameritrade will read this message
and make a conclusion for themselves. Otherwise, I shall start
to short AMTD.
1. Confirmation is generally slow.
2. Servers are too often not updated the next day until late
in the afternoon. They acknowledge this problem when this happens
and Aeritrade customers know that this happens quite often.
3. They should send someone to DATEK to learn the way they manage
their servers: instant update, instant confirmation, with the same
low price.
I think, the service at DATEK, so far, is better than at Ameritrade.
One advantage Ameritrade have over DATEK is: more marginal power,
and availability of option trade.
Hope this helps this thread and Ameritrade also.
