Knight, I gave up hugging trees as I was getting slivers in all the wrong places:-) Remember, they only have to have permits for the mining aspect. The processing will most lightly take place in Nevada.Not that the permitting for the mining wont be tough in and of itself, but I thought this latest news was a wonderful step in the right direction.
