I'm the same way. Some times I read about stocks here and on other boards, and I'll buy a small position in my Roth IRA, and then forget about them.

Then, when they've done well, I have no idea why I originally bought them, or who recommended the pick!

Lets see, in my Roth I've got the following winners, and I have no idea who brought them to my attention (it sure wasn't me!).

ERJ (+132%), NVMI (+65%), YNDX (+41%)
