If you are not flat, you probably should be. We played it down and up several times in the decline and then we played it up. We are now at an inflection point where the rest of the story is about to be told. Was this the beginning of the big one OR just another first wave dip in an extending 5? We should have more certainty tomorrow or maybe Friday. Today was a waste and said nothing, as is the usual for this day of the month. When there is no certainty, flat is always the best bet.
