On 12/8/2021 (yesterday), a Federal Grand Jury filed a 5 count indictment naming Neldon and Glenda Johnson.

Case: 2:21-cr-00513

Ironically (or not?) that's almost exactly TWO YEARS from the date in 2019 when Matthew Shepard "was charged in 3rd District Court with a count of criminal solicitation, a first-degree felony; five counts of enticing a minor, a second-degree felony; and a count of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, a third-degree felony".
