I know its in here and I apologize for missing it... There was a discussion, I think initiated by one of your posts Chowder, that discussed some of the opinions around the various rating agencies (Jefferson, CFRA, etc.) as to their accuracy and ability to forecast. Perhaps, not quantifiable accuracy, but peoples' level of confidence in their reports. Could you or someone point me in that direction? Thanks.
