We are also fast approaching the point we were warned about in regards to once the majority of people figure out they can vote for welfare, we're doomed
It will be required, no need to vote on.

Automation taking over more and more jobs, including eventually the jobs creating and maintaining the automation itself.

To think there was once a job of elevator operator. Some hi-rise construction jobs might still use them?

Now some luxury towers recognize the resident and they don't even need to push their elevator floor button.

100's of other examples we all see around us now ... and will see in the future.
