RE: Another special dividend! Special Opportunities Fund, Inc. Announces Dividend Chowder I may have missed the boat on this one and invested in the ETF CEFS. I like these type of funds where you have activist investors running the show. I'm thinking about swapping out my GRX position and using the funds to purchase SPE. I notice that they also announced a rights offering for the new preferred shares they plan on issuing. Will you be participating in the rights offering? I may wait until after the rights offering, hopefully Nick will put out an article regarding the RO. If I recall correctly they usually decide to sit them out.
