RE: Special Dividend Tracking.

I include them in the current amount. I own a few CEFs and special distributions are pretty much annual. Like a lot of things, I think in the long run it doesn't matter much.

However, my growth and projections have been erratic for the last few years anyway. The primary reason is spending IRA distributions and doing Roth conversions for the last 4 years. This affects everything from TR calculations, dividend income, and any projections. Fortunately, this is the last year for most of that.

I will be taking SS next year and expect to return to a 'normal' pattern of DGI.
