After his two-hour video call with Vladimir Putin on his aggressive actions toward Ukraine last week, only 38 percent of Americans have faith he can negotiate with the Russian leader. Sixty-two percent of poll respondents said they have 'just some' confidence or 'none at all' that Biden can face the strongman president. Meanwhile Biden's job approval ratings on crime, the economy, gun violence and taxes have all hit new lows, according to the latest ABC News/Ipsos survey.
