For some reason I have not gotten any of the latest press releases in the mail, although since I can read them on the web site I have no reason to call and complain. I wonder if they are selective in who they mail these to--have any other shareholders out there failed to get these?

I agree that lower oil prices actually help INDX in the short-term, due to the rig situation. Since they aren't selling any oil until they find it, the stock price is much more influenced by the drilling outlook and results than by current oil prices. Of course, the stock price of INDX has always first and foremost been influenced by the amount of hype Guidi chooses to give it (how many "Los Angeles Basin"-type concessions does INDX have in its portfolio anyway?).
