Hmmm. The 3Q 10Q was delayed because it was being audited together with the 4Q 10Q? Is this a pattern?

Anyway, if FAMH is really a reporting company as of 1/1/98, like Cheryl said, the financials must be out by 2/14/98 (45 days). That is a week from saturday. Otherwise, they are no longer a reporting company.
