Farm Stores also buy crap on occasion, Lee. It's a matter of buyers not being allowed to season and learn the categories and the nuances within them. It's also a matter of pay. Most don't know anything other than what the vendors tell them. That's problem #1. If I knew the store, I could inform you on their reputation for quality.
