Weather: raining housepets! Occasional glimpse of sun. I think we dodged the brunt of this particular Neener (El Ni¤o storm to y'all non- Bayers). The previous one put four-and-a-quarter inches into my backyard rain gauge. Accident. Right. "The judge has instructed me to refrain from commenting while the inquiry is in progress. And I was sherrr she'd dry-clean the freakin dress." Little Helen is in fine spirits. She seems to be a good-natured child. She is really hard to wake up unless she wants to be. Takes a sponge bath to get her eyes open. Except at night, when the Vampire Girl comes&stays awake. She only cries when she has something important to communicate: Add or Remove Operating Fluid. Other'n'at, she's sorta floppy and makes these cute grunting noises - like she's cheering on her active little digestive tract. (Note added in proof: ten, yep ten red words. Sue me.)
