CSCO insider sale. Here is what I suggest you do follow the link in that news or find the SEC one they're are referencing what ever way you like at EDGAR. Then when your there looking at that one click on C Robbins name usually upper left and that will bring you to all the ones he has filed.

Then start opening and reading them and some things will be made clearer for you. One will be that it's routine for him to do it and at all types of SPs. Another will be even after that sale he will still have around 700,000 shares of CSCO and that's more then he has owned for quite awhile, something you can see in the shares still owned column in previous ones.

It's much ado about nothing, it's nothing more then smart portfolio diversification for him. I would imagine he receives tons of stock options as part of his compensation.
