The CEO was asked several times questions about production figures and outlook and he never gave a straight answer.
Several times? C'mon. A couple people asked about production and outlook. I don't call that "several".
You're making it sound like Chapin was being evasive and I didn't get that at all. He stated over and over again that the weather has been holding things up inre production and his outlook was that as soon as the weather got better they would be milling and mining at full capacity.
If you live in CA right now you know how true this is. The weather SUCKS. Unbelievable amount of rain, floods, wind, snow, etc.

He was asked about the technical structure of the JV announcement and he didn't mention any of the warrants.
He talked alot about the structure of the JV deal. Nobody even asked about the warrants. The warrants are pretty standard stuff. What is it that you don't understand?

And here's the kicker, how many people here thought they were milling 60 tons per day?
Not me. Who said they were in the first place? Nowhere have I ever read or heard that they were milling 60 tons a day.

they only have 30 tpd production capacity.
Not true. They have a 30 ton per SHIFT capacity and are only working 1 shift a day at present.
