Until there is an explanation of why Ray Epps isn't behind bars there can be no justification for a single one of these individuals being tried. They have entirely looked past the guy that caused the actual crime -- intruding into the Capitol -- which never would have happened without the guy they have refused to arrest. And that means Babbit's death, as well -- she would not hav been there without Epps having egged on the crowds into the Capitol. It is pathetic, and an explanation is required. Not the dodging of the question by Garland as we saw in the last month.
