That is a great point...

Doctors should learn to say

"I do not know"

perhaps they would be more believable.


I had a doc for my osteoporosis I guess back 15 years ago now,...

I also suffer from kidney stones... although D3 lots of hydration via water abd lots of physical work have mitigated both a lot.. my bone density was that of an 80 year old woman back then LOL .. now age appropriate for an active person apparently .. moved from high risk.. top medium risk to low risk...

point is the doc when I told her of the D3 and exercise, lack of calcium supplements .. continued approach of calcium rich 'food' ie.. good diet... not overdoing it... , and kidney stone improvements was a tad skeptical.. while I was in waiting room for my bone scan.. she came back and said.. I just checked into your regimen... it is a good track... :) THAT impressed me.. but yes that type of doc seems few and far between
