I owned CSCO then, easy to ignore that. When it got harder was later when time dragged on afterwards.
Owned QCOM back then too. The dot com meltdown has some similarities to right now.
High flyers with no real fuel got shot down first. It took awhile longer for some. others to fall down.
You know why AMZN made it through ? All the capital here was drying up fast but they had been actively securing funds in the overseas capital markets and the ink was still wet on that debt paper when the real meltdown happened.
A lucky timing event.
