Following a review of potential transactions with its adviser, Evans & Evans Inc., Pezm Gold Inc. has elected to focus the review on a potential transaction involving an Ontario-based developer of hydrogen-on-demand technology. The target is an arm's-length company involved in the application of hydrogen-on-demand technology to energy-saving products in the industrial sector.

Readers are cautioned that the terms for a potential transaction involving the target have not been negotiated. Completion of any transaction with the target is subject to a number of conditions, including, but not limited to, completion of due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements in respect of such a transaction, the availability of any necessary financing on terms acceptable to the company, and receipt of any required regulatory and shareholder approvals. A transaction cannot be completed until these conditions are satisfied and there can be no assurance that a transaction will be completed at all.
