Kind of anticlimactic today wasn't it. No news, no stock movement, no nothin'. DBCO closed at 2 1/32 today. Looks like the buyout price is around 2- 2 1/4. I guess they'll have all weekend to talk it over and get the lawyer language right, assuming there is a deal.

If the buyout does become reality next week at around 2 1/4, Mike will have pulled one heck of a deal. I can't stop thinking about the possibilities for 1999: 1 bil. in revenues with 8% margins = 80 mil.
in earnings divided by 20 mil. shares = $4 a share in earnings. x a P/E of 20 = $80 a share. The upcoming conference call will be enlightening as Mike addresses the DBCO challenges and possibilities.
I am assuming the $1.20 for '97 is in the bag as the stock is behaving well considering the DBCO uncertainty. The above math is my dreaming only, and may be way out in left field, but certainly the '99 estimates will be above $2.

Have a good weekend all, as it looks like it will be Monday before we hear any buy out news.

Mark
