One has to question what the outcome might have been if we had decided to focus on therapeutics and rapid distribution systems instead.

It would have been so much more effective, IMO, to staff 24/7 distribution facilities where people could come any time of day, be tested, and the necessary drugs prescribed and dispensed on-sight, at that moment. I could never understand why this wasn't done.

And an ad campaign that told people at first signs of symptoms drop everything and go to one of these facilities.

Openining up a thousand storefronts in a city isn't hard. Democrats opened 3,000 in Philly in the 60 days before Election Day with a mere half billion dollars before Election Day.
