@humanglowstick, I don't see AMGN as a pharmaceutical company but a biotechnology company. I don't have MRK in any portfolio that I manage and have no desire of doing so.

Here are the healthcare companies in the Young Folk Portfolio:

ABBV .. Biotechnology
ABT .. Healthcare Equipment
TMO .. Life Sciences
AMGN .. Biotechnology
STE .. Healthcare Equipment
SYK .. Healthcare Equipment
LLY .. Pharmaceuticals
UNH .. Managed Healthcare
ANTM .. Managed Healthcare
JNJ .. Pharmaceuticals

As far as JNJ goes, I consider it an all-purpose healthcare company dealing with consumer staples products as well..

As to LLY, I was willing to make an exception for them because they are not really Covid related and their long term performance is amongst the best of the healthcare companies.
