Ron, What attracted you to NIE?

I'm not so much interested in NIE as a CEF itself, I'm more interested in what your attraction and selection process was when selecting NIE over what I'm assuming were other CEF's under consideration at the time.

Was the selection based on the distribution record, management style, portfolio holdings, etc.

Or was it more based on what your goals were or an area in your portfolio that needed more exposure?

Just trying to understand peoples thought process when selecting CEF's.
