Just in, eight girls, including one medical student and one daughter of my friend, got together over the last weekend for group dinner in NYC, and now all tested positive for Covid, all fully vaccinated and boosted all either asymptomatic or light-duty symptoms let's see once they recover or otherwise it could well be that the vaccine - does nothing - does worse than nothing, giving rise to new variants, and/or leads to further complications - does lighten symptoms, keep folks out of hospital, etc etc I do not know, and am not guessing, except that am unwilling to catch the disease and shy about the vaxx
