IMHO, warrants are usually issued as an inducement to make the loan. It sounded to me that they were buying stock and are not creditors of the company. It is also usual that the warrants have a date that they can be exercised and a date that hey expire...and as Tango says, the number of shares placed and under warrant are probably a small % of the o/s therefore a small dilution. Also don't forget that the company gets the cash which we hope they will use to somehow some way benifit their operations... and maybe add to the bottom line....
