I'm responding to your response, not Tom's original post.

As to the original post, you must admit that they do shoot a hole in the theory that anyone is actively TRYING to create the situation at the Capitol.

I think you will do yourself a favor to open your eyes to the possibility that FBI, perhaps in collusion with the Speaker, did create the violent part of the protest as an effort to dump blame on Trump. There is a lot of highly suggestive evidence they seem to be pushing aside in favor of a quest to "get" people they don't like very much.

It seriously looks as though the entry into the Capitol was influenced by people who really had no intention to be involved in those things and were incited by provocateurs. If that is how it occurred (as it now looks), this is needed for historical context if nothing else.
