For Nvidia, Omniverse is a digital collaborative space, think of google docs in 3D. Many users can shape and view the experience of a "digital twin" in real time. Nvidia has been working on it for 5 years: nvidianews.nvidia.com/... It has the backing of companies like apple and Pixar: blogs.nvidia.com/... It's real and companies like BMW www.youtube.com/... and Lockheed Martin www.youtube.com/... are using it today. There are enormous opportunities today for GPU servers, AI servers, ray tracing, scene and data management, software services as well as licensing AI technology like natural language processing and AI facial tracking for avatars. www.youtube.com/... NVidia estimates there are 40Million developers that could benefit from services like this. If we imply ~$1000 annual use licenses, that's a pretty big number before the likes of what Facebook or Apple or Google or anyone else, who all have completely different metaverse visions btw, even get started. And this doesn't include the hardware sales -- I believe nvidia mentioned they thought about 50:50 hardware and software rev share in this market. So. . . . now that we have some common understanding, why is this a "for the love of God" moment?
