Biden had a whole year to broker a deal and failed.

Maybe Manchin throws Biden a few crumbs. Or, better yet, strings him out again till the Midterm elections. And don't forget, no tax hikes for Sinema. Without the tax hikes to pay for the bill, Manchin says no.
