Whoa! guys...I've been following this 13-G discussion, and I'm sure American Century crossed the 5% mark, but it was down, not up:

Item 5. OWNERSHIP OF FIVE PERCENT OR LESS OF A CLASS
If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date
hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than
five percent of the class of securities, check the following [X].

And there are no listings of the amounts owned, percentages, etc. They don't apply.

I'm bullish on CUBE, but let's keep the facts straight.
